Analysis of Veterans' ACCESS Act

The Veterans’ ACCESS Act of 2025 claims to “improve the provision of care and services under the Veterans Community Care Program (VCCP) of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and for other purposes.”

In our new analysis of the act  -- available here -- we focus on the most consequential and damaging sections. Two of them, in particular, gravely imperil future veterans being able to access the full range of health care and services through the Veteran Health Administration (VHA) system.
